Rent Payments
Rent is due the first of each month. Please mail payment to:

Make checks payable to the proper LLC’s. Please check with the office for assistance.
Late Rent
There is a $40 fee for late payment of rent. If your payment will arrive later than the fifth of the month, add $40 to your payment.
Maintenance Requests

Emergency Requests: For emergency maintenance, call 734.320.1244. Leave your name, phone number, address and a brief description of your maintenance emergency. Speak clearly and be sure to provide all the required information to help prevent a delay in service. The maintenance company will return your call promptly.
The severity of each emergency call will be evaluated by the maintenance company and C&I Management to determine if it requires immediate attention. If not, it will be attended to the next business day.
